Beautiful little Ggirls Dress from The Bailey Boys...the size tag has been cut out(see measurements)

Yellow & white seersucker fabric wiith pink zigzag trim around neckline & hemline on front & back
Sleeveless
Interior white lining(looks, feels like cotton)
Flip Flop design on front as pictured(looks like the outer stitching is embroidered & most likely, the flip flops are applique...sunflower designs on the thong area & brown buttons are sewn in on the center of sunflower.
Back button closure...buttons are so cute ..they match the trim on dress & are easy to button & unbutton(all iintact)
Freshly laundered with no rips, holes, tears or foul odors
