Vintage Phanuel Cold Shoulder Maxi Dress; Black Thermal W/High Neck; Sz L; NewWT

This beautiful maxi dress is by luxury fashion brand Phanuel. Made of cotton & rayon in black with a slight tie dye heavy thermal look & feel, the dress is very form fitting, it literally hugs every curve of the body. It’s pullover style with high neck & short tight sleeves with a cold shoulder design. Dress is unlined with the inside all black. Should be hand washed in cold water & hung to dry. Dress is size Large but very stretchy and can easily be worn by those who wear size Small or Medium as well. Measurements are 18” across bust completely stretched, 19” across hip area completely stretched & 50 1/2” long neck to bottom. Dress purchased at Angl, one of my very favorite boutiques in the early 2000’s. It is considered New as it has never been worn & still has the original tag attached. There are no rips, tears, holes or stains. See all photos. Although form fitting, dress is very comfortable & oh so flattering. Will definitely be the center of attention everywhere it’s worn.
