This is brand new, never out of the box animatronic by Tekky. The Creepy Caretaker was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2010 through 2013 Halloween seasons, Creepy Caretaker later returned to Party City in 2018. It resembled an old man, holding a lantern while hiding behind a tombstone. When activated, it would rise up from behind the tombstone, as the eyes and lantern lit-up, while the mouth moved to a phrase.
The sound activated caretaker rises above his tombstone with glowing eyes as his lantern lights and his mouth moves to utter scary warnings and spooky Halloween sounds.
