Mechanically it is practically brand new. Well maintained, kept indoors. Rate the paint a 7 out of 10 only one dent on front fender. Reversed handlebars for a "chopped" appearance. Have brand new tires I will include. I have the original handlebars about 10 inches longer if you want.
