So they are not the actually backs. Also  there is fading from wear and the post of crooked and bent. Even with these flaws which are mostly in the back of these earrings, these earrings are stunning and well made. These rare artisan earrings are more than accessories—they’re a visual narrative. Each piece features a textured, sculptural base (possibly oxidized brass or bronze) supporting a gold-tone rectangular plate etched with abstract, symbolic lines.
